TDI Cavern Diver

The TDI Cavern Diver course is your gateway to the fascinating world of cavern diving. Designed for certified SDI Open Water Scuba Diver divers or equivalent, this program prepares you to safely explore the areas closest to the entrance of caverns, always staying within sight of natural light. You will learn to handle specialized equipment and navigate cavern environments, where the surroundings can be challenging but incredibly rewarding. If you have always dreamed of discovering the mysteries hidden underground, this course is ideal for you.

Course prerequisites:

Minimum age 18, 15 with parental consent.
Provide proof of an SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent.
Proof of 25 logged dives

The diving equipment you are going to use

During the TDI Cavern Diver course , you will use specialized equipment designed for cavern diving, including:

Reels and guide lines, essential for maintaining orientation in areas of low visibility.
Tanks with redundant regulators, providing greater safety and autonomy underwater.
High intensity diving lights, to illuminate your route and maximize visibility inside the cavern.
Technical buoyancy compensator vest (BCD) or harness , for precise control in tight spaces.
Technical diving computer, which will allow you to manage gas mixtures and calculate bottom and ascent times accurately.
